Position: Preschool Counselor

Location: Palam Vihar Gurugram

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional support and guidance to preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment conducive to healthy social and emotional development.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral concerns and promote positive classroom dynamics.
- Assist in developing and implementing social skills curriculum.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and assess children's behavior to identify areas for intervention and support.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood development and counseling.

Qualifications:

- Experience working with young children, preferably in a counseling or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience when working with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
