Job Title: Chat Support Representative (or Chat Process Executive)Job Overview:
The Chat Process Executive is responsible for providing real-time, efficient, and professional customer support through chat platforms. They are expected to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, quick thinking, and a deep understanding of the company's products, services, or technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers via live chat to provide support for various inquiries, including product details, service issues, and troubleshooting.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer problems and offer solutions, ensuring that the customer's experience is positive.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide basic or advanced troubleshooting depending on the industry (e.g., for software, tech, or e-commerce issues).
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Escalation**: When necessary, escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management.
- **Multitasking**: Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve service and contribute to service improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written communication skills are crucial for a chat process role, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly understand and resolve customer issues.
- **Time Management**: Efficient handling of multiple chats at the same time.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Depending on the industry, some roles may require specific technical knowledge, such as familiarity with troubleshooting or product features.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Focused on providing exceptional service and enhancing the customer experience.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency with computers and chat tools, as well as multitasking in a digital environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
