Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Aircraft Operation**: Safely operate aircraft during take-off, flight, and landing, adhering to all standard operating procedures and regulations.
- **Flight Planning**: Review weather forecasts, air traffic, and flight paths to plan efficient and safe routes. Ensure proper fuel calculation and aircraft weight and balance compliance.
- **Pre-Flight & Post-Flight Inspections**: Conduct thorough inspections before and after each flight to ensure the aircraft is in optimal condition and meets safety standards.
- **Passenger & Crew Safety**: Prioritize the safety of passengers and crew, responding to any emergencies quickly and effectively.
- **Communication**: Maintain communication with air traffic control (ATC) and ground operations for updates and instructions.
- **Crew Collaboration**: Work closely with the co-pilot and cabin crew to ensure smooth flight operations and a positive experience for passengers.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all operations are compliant with aviation regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), or other relevant authorities.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate flight records, including flight hours, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

- **Commercial Pilot License (CPL)** with an Instrument Rating.
- 3 to 5 years of flight experience as a commercial pilot.
- Total flight hours based on company standards.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety protocols, flight procedures, and navigation systems.
- Experience with **PIAGGIO P180 AVANTI 2 **type is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with co-pilots, crew, and ground staff.
