- 2 - 3 years’ of experience in IT recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with colleagues
- Experience in educating and coaching staff
- Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership
- Demonstrated ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information
- Knowledge of labour laws and its regulations
- Strong understanding of HR functions, strategies, and policies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Exceptional record-keeping skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain the top best talent
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software programme
- Maintain a smooth on boarding process
- Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Responsible for payroll processing
- Improve team performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling the team
- Protect organization's values by keeping information confidential
- Comply with state legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
