What you’ll achieve

As a Business Intelligence Advisor for the Client Peripherals APJC Business, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will be a trusted advisor to the business; making recommendations, gleaned through data analysis and interpretation, for growing the Client Peripherals business.

You will:

- Interact with business stakeholders and leaders to gather & scope BI / Analytical requirements
- Analyze data, formulate conclusions and share the insights / recommendations with business stakeholders through Effective presentation
- Actively engage on all Business meetings & calls to provide support and look for business process improvement opportunities
- Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions
- Design, run and implement reporting to support the business and collaborate with other groups to provide feedback and help in process improvement
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
- Follow industry trends and discuss them with the internal business teams

Essential Requirements
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment with proven expertise in reporting
- Excellent technical aptitude and presentation skills
- Understand and translate statistics to address business problems
- Good understanding of specific data intelligence and experience with business processes
- Diagnosing business processes or organizational problems, and leveraging analytics to determine how the business can seize new opportunities
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, analytics methodology
- Ability to convert analytics into actionable insights and present to stakeholders

Desirable Requirements
- Proven experience in similar roles
- 5 to 7 years of experience
