**Responsibilities & Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- **Transportation**: Must own a two-wheeler.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in each previous company.
- Experience in handling labor and subcontractor billing.
- Proficient in quantity estimation, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) is essential.
- Experience with residential and commercial building projects in reputed companies.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for measurements and strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Must have experience working with residential and commercial buildings.
- Should possess solid project management skills.
- Ability to work proactively, communicate clearly, and handle multiple tasks.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Should demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
