**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and up-to-date lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to undergraduate students in MLT/MLS.
- Supervise laboratory sessions ensuring safety, accuracy, and relevance of clinical techniques.
- Develop course materials, assessment tools, and lesson plans in accordance with university standards.
- Guide student research projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Contribute to departmental activities, curriculum development, and academic planning.
- Participate in scholarly research, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Mentor students in academic and career planning.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and participate in departmental meetings.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology / Medical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of teaching/research/industry experience preferred. Fresh postgraduates with strong academic background may also apply.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of laboratory equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to mentor and guide students in practical and research activities.
