**Position Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter procurement data, including vendor details, product specifications, and order information into internal systems.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to verify order details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Support the procurement team in documentation and reporting tasks.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely follow-up on pending orders.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and data integrity standards.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or procurement support role.
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) creation processes and related systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data management tools.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in commerce, business administration, or related field preferred.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in procurement or supply chain department.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
