**Job Overview**:
The Associate Subcontracts Administrator supports the Subcontracts group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined Supply Chain procedures. This is a role that allows for the development of new Subcontracts related skills. The Associate Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for performing basic Subcontracts activities and using existing procedures, to solve straightforward problems.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining reports such as projects subcontract plan, and contract documentation, management of other subcontract documentation
- Support in performing administration on assigned subcontracts from end to end (pre-award to post-award)
- Assist coordinate multiple subcontracts bid proposal process, collate of subcontracts document, following up and Adhoc requirements within tight timelines
- Obtain appropriate approvals for various subcontracts document
- Direct coordinate meetings like clarifications, kick-off, etc.
- Raising PO and process invoices in ERP or the like system
- Perform day-to-day work to be completed with subcontract documentation that comply with procedures with necessary approval documents and traceability as well as closing out all packages
- Facilitate in maintaining subcontracts
**Essential Qualifications and Education**
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Additional experience on Projects and EPCI preferred
- Capable of developing all agreements, preparing reports, and communicating with the project team
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are essential
