Brands2Be is a fast-growing advertising agency specializing in creating impactful digital campaigns. We are looking for a **talented Graphic & Motion Designer** to join our creative team and bring ideas to life with visually stunning designs and animations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging **graphics, animations, reel & video editing** for social media, ads, websites, and branding projects.
- Design **visual assets** for digital and print campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop **motion graphics, GIFs, and short video**reel for marketing and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to conceptualize and execute designs.
- Edit and enhance video content with smooth transitions, typography, and special effects.
- Stay updated with **design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.**

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in graphic design & motion graphics.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)**:

- Strong knowledge of **graphics design, typography, and color theory.**:

- Experience with **social media content creation** (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and **meet deadlines** efficiently.
- Creative mindset with **attention to detail and storytelling skills.**:

- **IMMEDIATE JOINER.**

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
- Experience with UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with video editing and sound design.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
