Tele Caller Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide information regarding products, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).
- **Language**: Fluency in Hindi is a must; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Data Entry).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly off

₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
