**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars for company brands.
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, blogs, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor and analyze performance using **Google Analytics, Facebook Insights**, and other tools to optimize campaigns.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, and media alerts.
- Support marketing activities at live events and online campaigns.
- Keep up with social media trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to generate fresh ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team
- Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and improve brand reputation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven 1-2 years of experience as a **Social Media Executive** or in a similar role.
- In-depth working knowledge of **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest**.
- Hands-on experience with **social media analytics tools**.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or other design/editing software.
- Strong creative writing, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
