**Job Purpose**:
To ensure that all vehicles serviced or repaired in the workshop meet company and manufacturer quality standards before delivery to the customer. The Quality Controller inspects the work done, verifies road test results, and ensures no defects or reworks remain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct final inspection of vehicles after service/repair work.
- Verify all job cards and ensure each complaint has been rectified.
- Check that all repairs, replacements, and fitments meet manufacturer standards.
- Carry out road tests when necessary to confirm performance and quality.
- Ensure adherence to TATA Motors service standards and SOPs.
- Maintain quality checklists for each job type (mechanical, electrical, body shop).
- Report any deviation or non-compliance to Service Manager.
- Monitor repeat repairs and analyse causes to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians regarding rework or quality issues.
- Support the customer delivery process by confirming vehicle readiness.
- Communicate critical findings to the Workshop Controller and Technical Team.
- Maintain records of inspection reports, defect logs, and rework summaries.
- Track rework percentage, customer complaints, and quality KPIs.
- Prepare daily quality inspection reports and share with management.

**Qualification & Skills Required**:

- Diploma/ ITI in Automobile,MMV
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
