**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and dosage instructions.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of essential drugs.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
- Monitor and prevent drug interactions and contraindications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription details.
- Handle storage and disposal of medications as per safety protocols.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Valid pharmacist license as per regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
