SAS Base Developer

Experience : 2-4 yrs

Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and enhance BASE SAS programs to extract, transform and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources into our data warehouse - Design and develop SAS programs to analyze data, produce reports, graphs and perform statistical analyses - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy and quality - Monitor and optimize SAS programs to ensure efficient processing of large datasets and job performance - Develop and maintain SAS code documentation, user guides, and technical specifications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field - 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAS programming with experience in Base SAS, SAS Macros, SQL, and SAS/ACCESS - Experience in data integration, data warehousing, data mining, and data analysis techniques - Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques - Familiarity with various data sources such as RDBMS, flat files, spreadsheets, and various data formats - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail - Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
