Electrician/fitter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Electrician/Fitter** to perform electrical maintenance, installation, fitting, and repair work across the factory premises. The role involves attending machine breakdowns, carrying out preventive maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of all plant equipment and utilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine electrical inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of machinery, panels, motors, and equipment.
- Attend to electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and electrical panels.
- Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly work where required (e.g., bearing changes, alignment, pump fitting).
- Maintain records of maintenance work and service logs.
- Inspect and repair wiring, lighting, control panels, and switchgear.
- Ensure safety compliance during all electrical and fitting tasks.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for daily requirements and urgent jobs.
- Follow safety procedures and lock-out/tag-out systems when working on live systems.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification**:ITI in Electrician / Fitter / Wireman or equivalent**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing setup
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and during urgent breakdowns
- Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
