**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update customer databases within the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Regularly update records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to create targeted communication campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on performance metrics.
- Implement strategies for collecting customer feedback.
- Use feedback to make continuous improvements to products, services, and customer interaction

**Pay Scale**: Rs. 10000 to Rs. 18000

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Working Hours**: 10:00am -07: 00pm

**Working Days**: Monday - Saturday

**Schedule**:Day shift

**Education**:Bachelor's or Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**: 1 year or Fresher

**Skills**: Good Communication Skills
