**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- **Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Fresher or 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including social media creatives.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or After Effects.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
