We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following procedures for visitor check-in and ensuring that security protocols are followed.
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating room bookings and necessary materials.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Handle inquiries from visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory for common areas.
Assist with employee onboarding and visitor registration when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by the office management team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
