Role : Supervisor (Civil & Electrical)

Location : Central Office, Cochin

Requirements : Telecom knowledge, Civil & Electrical knowledge is mandatory, Communication skill.

Qualification : ITI / Diploma

Experience : 3years or more

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage daily field project status from each supervisor to update internal and external costumers.
- Understand the civil & electrical plans provided by customer and implement the same at field. Any deviation must be intermated to all concerned and get deviation approval before implementation.
- Should have a capability of prediction of bottlenecks at field while execution
- Ensure the field teams are using the customer portal for field updates.
- Should have a good coordination ability field supervisor
- Monitor/manage field expenses request within allocated budget.
- He will be responsible for field execution cost management, ensure the work completion ASAP within the given budget
- Need to initiate cost optimization plans at field for reducing CAPEX amount
- Celebrates successes, appropriately uses rewards and recognition.
- Motivates team for continuous improvement and achievement of maximum performance
- Maintain understanding of our specifications, standard practices, and safety
- Monitor the approved budget for each of their assigned work orders
- Respond to utility strikes, conducts investigation, completes documentation of said strike within 24 hours. Conducts retraining of the contractor or terminates them if necessary
- Conduct a weekly audit for each team of their safety, construction, and quality practices
- Identify contractor training needs and arranges for the contractor to get the training

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
