**Job Description: Customer Service + Sales Blended (Voice)**
**Position**: Executive / Sr. Executive
**Location**: Dwarka Sec 11, New Delhi - 110075
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 CTC (Depending on Interview Performance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to US flight bookings and travel services.
- Provide accurate information on available flight options, travel packages, and related services.
- Use GDS (Galileo & Amadeus) systems to manage bookings and assist clients effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the system.
- Meet sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in **Travel Sales** (specifically **US Flight Sales**).
- Proficient in using **GDS** systems - **Galileo & Amadeus**.
- Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Preferably experience in the **US Flight Travel** domain.
- **Immediate joiners** preferred.
