Aem Architect

**Experience Required**:

- 5+ years

**Location** - Remote
- **Solution Design and Architecture -**Responsible for creating comprehensive architectural designs that align with business goals and technical requirements. Define the overall structure of AEM-based solutions, ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- **Technical Leadership-** Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, AEM administrators, and other stakeholders. Guide team members in making technical decisions, ensuring that the project stays on track and adheres to the established architectural vision.
- **Integration Strategy**:

- Design and implement integration strategies for AEM, encompassing third-party systems, databases, APIs, and other technologies. Possess in-depth knowledge of integration patterns and tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- **Performance Optimization
- **Optimizing AEM instances for high performance. Configure caching mechanisms, fine-tune content delivery, and conduct load testing and performance analysis to identify and address bottlenecks. The goal is to ensure optimal system responsiveness.
- **Security and Compliance
- **Ensuring the security of AEM solutions is a top priority, AEM Architect will implement robust security measures, including user authentication, authorization, data encryption, and protection against common vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- **Governance and Best Practices -**Establish governance practices and enforce development and deployment as per best practices. Define coding standards, development guidelines, and oversee code reviews to maintain high-quality code and adherence to standards. Monitor code quality and performance metrics.
- **Strategic Planning
- **Play a crucial role in strategic planning, aligning AEM solutions with long-term business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, and recommend technical solutions that support business growth. Keep an eye on emerging technologies for potential adoption.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
