**Qualification**: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with ICU Experience

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Resident Medical Officer (RMO)** for our **Intensive Care Unit (ICU)**. The RMO will be responsible for delivering high-quality critical care services, ensuring continuous monitoring of patients, assisting intensivists, and promptly managing medical emergencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage critically ill patients under the supervision of ICU consultants/intensivists
- Perform clinical rounds, assess patient conditions, and update medical records regularly
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the ICU
- Assist in intubation, ventilator management, central line insertion, and other ICU procedures
- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments as per protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient case records and reports
- Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and patient families
- Participate in care planning, patient safety initiatives, and infection control compliance
- Provide support during code blue situations and CPR

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in ICU or critical care
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in ICU procedures (airway management, ventilator support, fluid resuscitation)
- Sound knowledge of emergency protocols and ICU medications
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per month
