We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Student Counselor** to guide prospective students in selecting courses that meet their professional goals. You will play a key role in helping individuals and organizations identify training solutions while driving enrollment and student satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed information about available courses, curriculum, duration, and benefits.
2. **Sales and Enrollment**: - Assist clients in selecting the best courses tailored to their goals.
- Drive course enrollments by explaining the value of programs.
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets and conversion goals.
3. **Follow-Up and Relationship Management**: - Regularly follow up with leads and ensure they have a seamless onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain strong student relationships to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
4. **Collaboration**: - Coordinate with teams to drive promotional campaigns. Work closely with trainers and program managers to stay updated on course offerings
5. **Market Insights**: - Gather feedback from clients about their preferences and share insights for developing new training modules.
- Stay informed about trends in training and development.
**Qualifications** : Bachelor’s degree in any field
**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- A results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills - Familiarity with corporate training or e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of career development trends or specific industries.
