**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **TIG Welding**: Perform TIG welding operations on a range of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys to meet project specifications.
- **Reading Blueprints**: Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to produce accurate and high-quality welds.
- **Material Preparation**: Clean, prepare, and set up welding materials, ensuring proper fit and alignment before welding.
- **Weld Inspection**: Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and perform routine checks on TIG welding equipment to ensure proper functionality, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members, fabricators, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and successful completion of projects.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot welding issues, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Certification**: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification in TIG welding is highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio showcasing precision and quality in TIG welding work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in TIG welding techniques, understanding metallurgy, and the ability to work with various metals. Familiarity with other welding processes is a plus.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and precision, ensuring the highest quality in finished products.
- **Safety Conscious**: Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in various positions.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
