**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **international trading of sugar and rice**, from sourcing to final delivery.
- Manage and expand the **client and supplier network** across global markets.
- Conduct market research and **analyze global commodity trends, prices, and demand-supply patterns**.
- Negotiate trading contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth execution of export operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, quality standards, and export documentation requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, profit/loss statements, and market reports for management review.
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in trade fairs or buyer-seller meets.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum **4-5 years of experience** in **commodity trading (sugar/rice export markets)**.
- Strong understanding of **international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation**.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of handling **B2B trade transactions and overseas clients**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)** and familiarity with **ERP/trade management software**.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic trading decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of **commodity pricing and risk management**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in **International Business, Commerce, or Economics**.
- Prior experience in **global commodity houses or export trading firms**.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

**Compensation**:
Salary will be **based on last drawn and relevant experience**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
