Responsibilities of Corporate social responsibility worker
- Excellent understanding of the various aspects of corporate social responsibility
- Familiarity with accounting practices, as well as goodwill and other intangible assets that fall under "corporate social responsibility"
- Working with stakeholders to ensure long-term sustainability
- Advising clients on how to make socially responsible investments
- Writing and presenting reports on the social impact of a company's business practices and investments
- Ability to develop positive relationships with clients in order to achieve results
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation of CSR initiatives
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing
- Research, develop, and implement programs that address key social issues in alignment with our mission
- Develop strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations to support company initiatives
- Collaborate across functions to deliver programming that supports employee engagement, including community service days, volunteer programs, wellness initiatives, cultural celebrations, diversity &inclusion events, etc.
- Work closely with employees across the organization to identify opportunities for CSR involvement
- Track progress toward program goals and measure impact; prepare reports for internal stakeholders on program successes

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,125.70 per month
