As a Field officer for our company, you are a member of our team responsible for securing our clients’ units, you will be responsible for managing a large number of security personnel delivering different security services on customer sites. You could be supporting the development, operations and profitability of your assigned area through ensuring the best possible business performance, contract compliance and delivery.

**Specific Duties and Essential Functions**
- Presenting at all times, a smart, alert and visible presence at the premises of your office as-well as to our clients.
- Coordinate with recruitment officer to identify and mitigate open posts, so the schedule may be adjusted to maximize coverage of the schedule and a job posting may be placed to quickly replace that employee.
- Ensuring there are sufficient trained and vetted staff working at all times to meet customer and contract requirements
- Ensuring required training and screening / vetting has been completed for all security staff.
- Ensuring your Security Guards are conducting shift handover procedures at the start and end of each shift to ensure all matters of concern or note occurring during a shift are passed on for the purposes of service and incident management continuity
- Ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ units by complying with safe working procedures and making sure your Security Guards are carrying out all duties as specified, including internal and external patrols, monitoring, searching people and vehicles as examples, etc
- Reporting any security events and dealing with emergency situations, in accordance with respective units’ procedures.
- Working as part of a team with your fellow officers and to provide assistance where there is requirement.
- You will be conducting vehicle patrols, responding to emergency situations and helping to identify and prevent any lapses in the duty of your Guards. A night patrol must be done once every fortnight to check the alertness of your Guards at their respective units.
- Conduct regular site visits to customer locations to ensure employees are maintaining high code of conduct standards and to ensure a high standard of quality in servicing the contract (should meet the customer each week when possible)
- Attend weekly meetings with Office Management and Operations Manager scheduling to align operational goals.
- Provide equipment/uniforms to new employees or replacement to existing employees as necessary to ensure full compliance for the customer, you will be assisted by the recruitment officer on this.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
