**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental cuisine dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality of food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of food orders.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and participate in the creation of new dishes.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a Continental cuisine restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary principles.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary school education or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
