**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
- Supervise store staff and assign daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and accounts departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store premises.
- Generate inventory and usage reports regularly.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (ERP preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
