Core Duties:
This is a remote role, can be anywhere in India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing for experienced process executives and corporate roles.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
