A Warehouse Worker's primary responsibility is to manage the flow of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing items, as well as maintaining inventory and ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:

- **Receiving and Processing**:Inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, sorting and storing items in designated locations.
- **Order Fulfillment**:Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- **Equipment Operation**:Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- **Facility Maintenance**:Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
- **Team Collaboration**:Working effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals and participate in process improvements.
- **Safety Compliance**:Following all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Other potential duties:

- Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Moving goods to storage areas and preparing them for dispatch.
- Inspecting paperwork and checking for damaged or missing items.
- Marking and labeling stock.
- Operating warehouse equipment like tractors and trailers.
- Disposing of packing materials and hazardous waste.
- Assisting in other warehouse tasks as needed.
