- **Role**:
- The Executive - Contract Sales will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring Annual Maintenance Contracts for Schindler and non Schindler products and constantly being focused on Customer Satisfaction.

**Mobility needs you****:
**Responsibility**:
- Collecting leads and market information about potential customers
- Approaching such customers for Sale and/or Renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for Elevators and Escalators.
- Understanding the Customer needs and working out the finances for the project.
- Assist the Maintenance team in smooth execution of contract.
- Ensuring timely and smooth execution of service conditions.
- Collection of outstanding dues.
