**Job Title: Rebar Detailer**

**Location**: Tenkasi (Pavoorchatram)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare rebar detailing drawings.
- Create rebar layout drawings and bar bending schedules using CAD software.
- Ensure all rebar drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design issues and modifications.
- Calculate and verify material quantities for rebar and prepare material take-offs.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with the coordination of project timelines.
- Provide support during the fabrication and installation process as needed.
- Stay updated with changes in building codes, standards, and construction techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent. An Associate’s degree in civil engineering technology or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a rebar detailer, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Cads RC, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of rebar materials, rebar placement, and construction codes.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and clients.
- (Optional) Certification in Rebar Detailing or construction safety (OSHA).
