**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving incidents within agreed timeframes.
- Administrating OS, local license services
- Implementing new or replacement infrastructure.
- Monitoring the availability and performance of infrastructure components; initiating maintenance activities where appropriate.
- Helping peers, Support analysts and Global helpdesk staff.
- Documentation
- Participating in projects as assigned.
- Self-starter - Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to analyse, problem solve and troubleshoot
- Team player - Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others from diverse cultures
- Embraces change and can tolerate ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize, organise and work under pressure
- Attention to detail, Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Customer service focus
- Willing to work outside local business hours and on weekends
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current Microsoft certification - preferable
- Minimum 3 years providing IT support preferably in a large multinational enterprise.
