**BPO Representative - UK Process**
- We are hiring highly motivated and fluent English speakers to join our BPO team, supporting our UK-based operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).

**Requirements & Compensation**
- **Process**:UK Voice/Non-Voice Process
- **Education: Graduate** (Any Stream) - _Mandatory_
- **Language: FLUENT ENGLISH ONLY** (Excellent verbal communication is essential)
- **Salary: ₹20,000- ₹25,000 per month** (Fixed)
- **Incentives**:Attractive **performance-based incentives** (extra)
- **Shift**:May involve working **UK shift hours** (including late night/early morning shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
