**Job Description**:
To help students build competency through training especially of Persons with Speech and hearing Impairment (SHI).

Will be responsible for,

2. Participate in pre and post counselling of aspirants, **using sign language **in case of Persons with SHI along with Area Head/Centre coordinator

3. Support the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants, **again using sign language** in case of Persons with SHI

4. Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the centre

5. Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector

readiness module / Sensitize employers towards employing PwDs

6. Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement

7. Build capacity of the centre staff in communicating with SHI Persons

**Qualifications**:
1. Graduate / post graduate with 3-4 years of experience in training preferred, however efficiency in sign language is mandatory

2. **Proficiency in Indian Sign Language**

3. T**raining skills in teaching Speech and Hearing Impaired**

4. Computer Knowledge (MS Office - Word, PPT)
