**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information as per the business requirements.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and offer solutions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Sales Support**: Promote sales, offer product details, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads from cold calls and follow up on leads to convert them into customers or sales opportunities.
- **Data Entry & CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with call details, feedback, and follow-up tasks.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to confirm appointments, remind about products/services, or gather feedback.
- **Handling Queries**: Address customer concerns and queries promptly, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
- **Achieve Targets**: Work towards achieving monthly targets for calls made, sales generated, or leads converted.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from customers regarding services or products and relay suggestions or concerns to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Malayalam. Ability to converse clearly and effectively over the phone.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to convince customers and close deals.
- **Customer Service**: Friendly, patient, and professional approach while dealing with customers.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work towards and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- **Organizational Skills**: Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with basic computer operations and using CRM or data entry systems.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle rejections and adapt to changing customer needs.
- A proactive, confident individual with strong communication skills, ready to take on challenges in telesales or telemarketing.
- A goal-driven individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment and enjoys interacting with people over the phone.
- A friendly, enthusiastic personality with the ability to maintain professionalism while engaging customers.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
