1.1**Stock, maintenance of blood collection tubes (Plain, EDTA, Fluoride, Citrate), cottons, bandage, micro pore tap, urine container, room freshener, syringe & needles, stickers, IPA.- 1.2**Proper labeling in legible handwriting on sample containers or through barcode identification with sign on it and send them to respective dept. for processing. If any special instruction are to be given then convey to Dr./SH and maintain records of primary sample using**:

- Sample Register**
- 1.3 Prompt reporting of phlebotomy related issues e.g. patient complaints, repeat sample collection due to any cause etc. to LI or TM.- 1.4**Register complaint of patient and convey to SH RECEPTION.- 1.5 Handling of non conformity product and taking appropriate corrective and preventive actions in liaison with top management.- 1.6**Prompt responding to patients in blood clot/repeat/missing sample.- 1.7**Creating and maintaining holistic and family environment in dept. at USLL.- 1.8**Any other work assigned by the higher authority to be done.- 1.9**Efficient, prompt and harmonious coordination with all.- 1.10**To ensure effective implementation & maintenance of QMS.- 1.11**To attend MRM.Minimum Experience:
- 0-1 year
