5+years experience in litigation, corporate law and contract management, Legal Compliance and Procurement
- Should have in depth knowledge of various legal issues that cover contracting fundamentals, as well as exceptional skills in review, negotiating and finalize contracts, legal report and documentations.
- Conducting extensive research using writing and executive administration skills
- Leverage unique combination of Indian International Corporate Legal Sector. Skilled in research research Paper Publications and analyze rules regulations and devise high impact strategies to mitigate risk
- Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Employment Contracts
- Guiding management on regulatory and compliance matters
- Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
- Representing the corporation before administrative boards
- Ensure the legality of commercial transactions
- Establish company policy according to legal issues.
- Manage all contracts, legal reports and documents
- ISO documentation
- Travelling to Gujarat for audit & ISO work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
