We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. - Assist in creating **3D models** of lighting products and architectural environments
- Work on **Rendering and texturing** to produce photorealistic images and animations
- Support the development of **Product Animations** for marketing and presentations
- Optimize 3D assets for real-time visualisation and efficient rendering.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure accuracy in models
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualisation
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging product engineering skills to meet deadlines and project milestones effectively
- Collaborate closely with our London-based Marketing team and provide support for technical demands within the Dubai team
- Actively participating in the creativity and design process, leveraging visualisation expertise to contribute innovative solutions
- Engaging with cross-functional teams including technical, products, and sales to ensure designs align with brief, specifications and market requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure the products and designs meet company standards & specifications

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical-related field (i.e. engineering, product design, 3d design, etc).
- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D-related software such as **AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Keyshot, D5 Render, Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Fusion 360**:

- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to task ownership and project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and present them in a simple and aesthetic way.
- Possess a creative outlook with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Passionate about marketing, engineering, and innovation within the industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with **real-time rendering** or **VR visualization**is a bonus
