Graphics Designer

**Description**

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team in the computer software industry. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visual designs that enhance the user experience of our software products. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

The Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, including typography, colour schemes, and images. The Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet project requirements, deadlines, and brand standards. The Designer will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements to maintain JosHivaGroup Technologies' competitive edge.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into visually engaging concepts
- Produce high-quality graphics and visual assets, such as icons, illustrations, and infographics, that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs for optimal user experience
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and industry standards
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of design elements
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing materials, such as banners, landing pages, and presentations
- Skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Knowledge of Branding and Typography
- Ability to create designs that are visually appealing and memorable
- Competency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw or Sketch
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer in the software industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, FIgma, Notion, illustrator, Photoshop etc.. UI and UX tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with UI/UX design, web design, and branding
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Demonstrated ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with animation and video editing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
