Position: Office Superintendent
Location: Alpha CBSE School, CIT Nagar
Reports to: Principal/Head of Administration Job Summary: The Office Superintendent is responsible for managing the school's facility management services, including both hard and soft services, and overseeing the organization of events and meetings within the campus. This role also involves coordinating with external parties for events hosted by the school, ensuring that all facilities and events run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Management:

- Supervise and manage hard services such as building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Oversee soft services, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management, to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of school facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
- Manage budgets related to facility management, optimizing costs while ensuring quality service.
- Event and Meeting Management:

- Organize and oversee the setup and logistics for school events and meetings, including classrooms, auditoriums, and outdoor spaces.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met, including seating, AV equipment, catering, and security.
- Manage the schedule of events and meetings on campus, ensuring no conflicts and smooth execution.
- Liaise with external organizations for events hosted at the school, ensuring all arrangements align with school policies and standards.
- Administrative Coordination:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective facility management and event planning.
- Lead and supervise the facility management and events team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing necessary training.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, event schedules, and related expenditures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in facility management and event coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
