As an MBA Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by helping to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across various channels. This internship will offer you exposure to real-world marketing challenges, market research, branding, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Assist in conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- **Data Analytics**: Analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
- **Brand Development**: Work with the team to develop and maintain brand messaging and positioning across various marketing initiatives.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging and compelling marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, infographics, and case studies.
- **Customer & Sales Insights**: Support the sales team by providing insights derived from customer data and research. Assist with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- **Product Marketing**: Help in positioning and messaging for product launches and updates. Assist in creating go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral.
- **Event Support**: Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitors' marketing activities and provide actionable insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, etc.).
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with mínimal supervision.
