**Your tasks**:
Request, check and upload technical documents.
- Contributes to planning and implementation of methods and processes for the specific role
- Ensures documentation standards according to valid internal instructions
- Ensures adherence of data quality according to valid internal instructions and the know-how documentation, implementation of PDCA measures
- Completes Part Request task “Add documents” according valid internal instructions
- Manages ISIR request process
- Tracks ISIR request until it’s received from supplier
- Checks the completeness of the documentation according customer requirements and the plausibility of the values on the cover sheet
- Tracks release by Quality Management
- Completes release documentation in LEOparts
- Processes requests according to valid internal instructions
- Documents release documentation status per customer
- Requests for International Material Data Systems data within Initial Sample Inspection Report request for new and updated parts
- Executes tasks within the area of responsibility
- Reports progress of the assigned tasks and documentation on a regular base
- Identifies and proposes optimization and standardization of existing processes
- Escalates according to defined escalation paths
