**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Preparation and Distribution**:
Generate and send invoices to clients based on contract terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payment.

**Account Management**:
Maintain and update billing information for clients in the system.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.

**Billing Discrepancy Resolution**:
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by working with customers and internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service).

Address any concerns related to invoices or payment issues.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
Input billing data into accounting systems and maintain organized billing records.

Ensure that all billing information is up to date and accurate.

**Payment Monitoring**:
Track payments made by clients and reconciled with invoices issued.

Notify management of any overdue accounts or payment issues.

**Customer Communication**:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, or discrepancies in a professional manner.

Provide clear explanations of invoices, payment terms, and any necessary adjustments.

**Reporting**:
Prepare regular reports on billing activity, outstanding payments, and accounts receivable.

Assist with financial reporting and audits when needed.

**kills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant certifications in finance or accounting (a plus).

**Experience**:
Previous experience in billing, finance, or a related field (1-2 years preferred).

Knowledge of Tally and invoicing systems

**Key Skills**:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
