We’re seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce executive to join our team. You will be pivotal in optimizing our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce executive, you’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website, online marketplaces, and aggregators — and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimize the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Handle order processing, delivery challan, and invoicing.
- Package Handling: Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed.
- Customer Order Fulfilment: Meet the specifics of customer orders promptly.
- Inventory Management: Managing the inward and outward movement of goods.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the sales/order processing team.
- Customer Requests: Receiving customer requests for services via phone, mobile apps, or website.
- Driver Coordination: Coordinate with drivers to assign pickups and drop-offs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing shipping and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including shipping manifests and delivery confirmations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of about 2years in e-commerce dispatch operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with the team.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the shipping and logistics industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
