Construction (Qs/qa/qc)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quantity Surveying (QS)**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide financial insights for effective project management.
- Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, including variations, payments, and final accounts.

**2. Quality Assurance (QA)**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance plans for construction projects in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all construction materials and workmanship comply with project specifications.
- Review and approve work methods, project documentation, and technical submittals.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and procedures.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure quality objectives are met at every stage.

**3. Quality Control (QC)**:

- Supervise site activities to ensure all works are performed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, testing results, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with project management and construction teams to resolve any quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
