Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening of resumes and hiring from different job portals.
- Maintain records and daily update on hiring process.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate for employee engagement activities for employees.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures and maintain decorum in organization.

Skills And Qualifications
- Understanding of various Job Portals
- Bachelor degree/Master degree in HR, business administration.
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
