Job Title: Telecaller

Job Location: Palakkad

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary Range: INR 7,000 - INR 9,000 per month

**Job Description**:

- Answer customer calls and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take orders and process payments over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a telecaller.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
